Job Summary:

Jade Recruitment is looking for a driven, confident and competitive individual to join our busy team as a Trainee Temp Consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their recruitment career, with fast progression and full training provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and interviewing temp candidates• Taking and filling temp bookings from clients• Matching the right people to the right roles• Ensuring registration compliance and accurate paperwork• Marketing vacancies via social media and job boards• Supporting consultants in the daily desk operations• Learning and developing into a Recruitment Consultant within 6 months

The Ideal Candidate:

• Self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and make money• Resilient under pressure and goal-oriented• Excellent communicator (written and verbal)• Confident using MS Office and social media platforms• Organised, personable, and professional• Eager to learn and grow into the role quickly
